EIS Consulting is producing a sector scorecard for owner-principals across private practice, allied health, and healthcare services. The Master EIS Augmentation Method is sector-agnostic; the healthcare-specific diagnostic is in development.
What we're working on
The sector scope
Healthcare sub-sectors carry structural differences. Variable headcount, mixed clinical-business duality, and different regulatory regimes (CQC, GDC, GMC, NMC depending on sub-sector). The scorecard will surface these without flattening them.

A short structured assessment showing where your practice sits against the conditions the EIS Augmentation Method resolves: stalled growth, leadership drag, and strained technology decision-making.
